Fair questions
Is one day really enough?
One day, plus a 45-minute pre-flight and twelve months of course access. The pre-flight covers what most two-day courses spend their first morning on — logging in, finding the dashboard, publishing a page — so the live day starts where those courses finish. Depth afterwards comes from the library, which you keep for a year.
Do I need to be technical?
No. This is built for content editors and contributors: people who publish and maintain pages, manage media and add users, but who don't own hosting and don't deploy code. Programming, theme development and hosting administration are explicitly out of scope.
We run a custom theme an agency built. Will this apply to us?
Yes, and that shaped the design. In an open class we can't know what ten different organisations run, so the live day teaches what is universal — how to identify what you have, and where your boundaries are — while the library carries the specifics for your exact theme or builder. If you want your own stack taught directly, that's a private session.
What if I can't make the date?
Send a colleague instead, free, right up until the class starts. Or move to a later date — full refund up to seven days before, and inside that we'll roll you to another date rather than keep your money.
Can our organisation pay by purchase order?
Yes. We invoice on our letterhead with net-30 terms and can work from your PO, and your seats are held from the moment the invoice is issued so nobody has to wait on accounts payable.
Is the certificate a certification?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. It is a certificate of completion with a permanent public verification link. There is no accrediting body behind it and it carries no continuing-education credit.
