Procurement

Most of our buyers are cities, counties, school districts, universities and hospitals. Everything below exists because those buyers ask for it every time.

Your seats are held before you pay

When we issue an invoice, the seats come out of inventory immediately and your attendees get their pre-flight links the same day. A one-day class with ten seats can’t wait on an approval cycle, so we don’t make you.

Questions we get asked

Can we pay by purchase order instead of a card?

Yes. Email service@wp-tutoring.com with the class date and the number of seats and we will issue an invoice on our letterhead with net-30 terms. Your seats are held from the moment the invoice is issued, and your attendees can start their pre-flight straight away — a one-day class cannot wait on an accounts-payable cycle.

Do you have a W-9?

Yes, available on request, usually the same business day.

Who are we actually buying from?

ByRivers Tech LLC, based in Fayetteville, North Carolina. WP Tutoring is our product name.

What paperwork will your procurement office want?

Whatever your process calls for, and we would rather send it up front than after you ask twice. A formal quote on our letterhead, a W-9, our remit-to details, a sole-source justification, an insurance certificate, a vendor registration form — tell us which of those you need and we will turn them around, usually the same business day.

Can you complete our vendor forms or security questionnaire?

Yes. Send them across with your enquiry and we will turn them around with the quote rather than after it.
