Refunds
Full refund up to 7 daysbefore the class. Inside 7 days we’ll move you to a later date at no charge rather than refund, because the seat can no longer realistically be resold. If you simply don’t show up, the seat is used.
Sending someone else instead
Free, any time before the class starts, as many times as you need. Whoever booked can swap a name from their booking page — the new person gets their own link immediately and the previous one stops working. Staff turnover between purchase and class day is normal, not an exception.
If we don't reach the minimum
A date runs with a minimum of threeregistrations, confirmed two weeks out. If we’re short we’ll roll you to the next date rather than cancel, and you can take a full refund instead if that doesn’t suit. We’d rather move a date than teach a class that isn’t worth your day.
If we have to reschedule
You get the new date, a different date, or a full refund — your choice, no argument. Your pre-flight progress carries over.
Recording
We record the instruction so you can revisit it. We don’t publish recordings and we don’t use them for marketing. If you’d rather not appear, keep your camera off — participation is never conditional on being on screen.
What we do with your details
We use your name and email to run the class and issue your certificate. We don’t sell them and we don’t add you to a marketing list without asking. If your employer bought your seat they can see whether you’ve finished your pre-flight — but not what you wrote in your question.
